Receptionist/SecretaryOur client, group of companies working in investments, transport agents and business activities and based in Mombasa seeks to recruit an experienced Receptionist/ Secretary.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesReceiving and sending out correspondence: via phone calls and emails;Filing and management of filing, Photo coping and scanning of documents as per work demand;Keeping records of all contacts;Taking minutes of meetings when called upon toDispatch of invoices and any other documents as may be assigned;Keep truck position twice a day – morning and evening;Assisting in compiling Insurance claim documents;Prepare L.P.O and Debit Note as per request;
At least 4 years work experience in a similar roleShould have good verbal and written communication skillsMust have Ms Office  (Word, Excel) working knowledgeMust have good interpersonal skillsMombasa residents encouraged to apply
